Since the closure of Ladera Health & Nutrition in February 1, 2009, Ladera Health & Nutrition Center has remained a viable and exciting business for Tony and Rhonda Castillo, as business owners. Many thanks to all of the loyal customers and clients for their continued patronage.
The customer database has grown exponentially, as well as increased business for the personal training sector of the company.

Tony Castillo and Rhonda Castillo) have recently ramped up our certifications to include certified nutritionists, and Private Professional Trainer Level One (Tony Castillo), and Professional Trainer and Director (Rhonda Castillo). We are also CPR certified. They have been in the business of personal training and fitness for well over 20 years, and continue to increase their credentials through various fitness expos and contests, as well as mandatory on-going education in the fitness and nutrition fields. In addition to these credentials they are former National level competitors and athletes, and have competed in many sports at a very early age.
Rhonda Castillo (former competition name, Rhonda Jorgenson) is a California State Title holder in Women's Bodybuilding and placed in the top three at the National Level. To see additional tiles held you may google her competition name to find out more. Tony Castillo is a county title holder as well. Tony and Rhonda met in a Golds Gym approximately 15 years ago, and have been married for 13 years.
Founding and operating Ladera Health & Nutrition was a natural step for Tony and Rhonda. Although due to the economic downturn in retail, they were forced to close their storefront, their business has continued with a home-based niche, and continues to be successful.
Tony and Rhonda Castillo are still available to answer any and all supplement questions, and give recommendations on diet, wellness and overall well-being. They also continue to research various products or questions you may need help with. Please let them know if there is anything you have questions about. If they don't know off hand, they will certainly find out. Please remember special orders are definitely welcome if those needs arise.
To reiterate the customer database contains name, address, phone number, email address, discount percentages and products you order on a regular basis. The database has the ability to also store payment informaion and credit card information if you choose (this is optional).
Ladera Health & Nutrition is based out of Ladera Ranch, and Ladera Health provides free home delivery to all local areas. The store phone number remains the same and all pricing will remain unchanged.
Those customers wishing to continue ordering through Ladera Health & Nutrition will be required to email your supplement needs no later than Monday of the week you are needing your goods. We will compile all the orders and place the orders with our distributors the next day, Tuesday. Your orders should be to you before the end of that same week, provided the distributor does not run into a back-order situation, which is rare. In the event there is a backorder, you will be notified via email and given an estimate as to when it will be in. You will also be given the option to cancel the order if you cannot wait for your estimated time of delivery on all backordered supplements Please email your requests to rcastillo@laderahealth.com.
