TO ALL OF OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS:
Effective February 1, 2009, Ladera Health & Nutrition Center will be restructuring and moving to a home-based supplement and training business.
Ladera Health & Nutrition Center is not closing or filing bankruptcy. We have chosen to continue business without the cost of overhead for a retail storefront. Rental space has become cost prohibitive in the current economic climate.
We have enjoyed three years of servicing the South Orange County, California area, and see no reason to stop servicing the area to those customers that would like to continue buying supplements, getting knowledgable information, and personal training.
We are compiling a database of customers and clients for which you can participate in if you choose to. The database will have your name, address, phone number, email address, discount percentages and products you order on a regular basis. The database has the ability to also store payment informaion and credit card information if you choose (this is optional).
We will still be based out of Ladera Ranch, and methods of shipment will be weekly, but determined on a location basis. These details will be fine-tuned once we see what our weekly volume will be. Our phone number will remain the same and all pricing will remain unchanged. We will absorb all shipping costs, if any.
Those customers wishing to continue ordering through Ladera Health & Nutrition will be required to email your supplement needs no later than Monday of the week you are needing your goods. We will compile all the orders and place the orders with our distributors the next day, Tuesday. Your orders should be to you before the end of that same week, provided the distributor does not run into a back-order situation, which is rare. In the event there is a backorder, you will be notified via email and given an estimate as to when it will be in. You will also be given the option to cancel the order if you cannot wait for your estimated time of delivery on all backordered supplements Please email your requests to rcastillo@laderahealth.com.
During our store closeout month (January) most items that are not regular revolving supplements (i.e.: herbs, clothing) and other selected items will be discounted 50-90%.
In addition to our supplements, we are continuing our personal training business, as well. For those of you still wanting and needing to get back into top shape for the New Year, please inquire about availability.
